Astrophy provides:

• Space Facts: Educational content about astronomy and space science
• Light Pollution Measurement: Tools to measure and track light pollution using your device's camera
• Community Features: Optional sharing of light pollution measurements
• Personal Data Management: Bookmarking, history, and personal statistics

3. User Accounts and Registration

• No account registration is required to use basic features
• Light pollution measurements are associated with anonymous user IDs
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• Astrophy is designed for children ages 8-16. Children under 13 should use the app with parental guidance

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to:

• Measure light pollution for personal or scientific purposes

You may NOT use the Service to:

5. Light Pollution Measurements

Data Accuracy

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of light pollution measurements

• Community measurements are user-generated and not verified

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Third-Party Content

• News articles and images are sourced from NASA, ESA, ISRO, and other space agencies
• We do not own this content and it remains the property of its original creators
• Content is used for educational purposes under fair use provisions

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of your measurement data and notes
• By sharing measurements with the community, you grant us a license to display and distribute them
• Shared content must be your original work

App Content

• The app design, interface, and original content are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission
